Personalised Learning Approach.
From the moment a learner is referred, we undertake a thorough initial assessment to understand their educational history, barriers to learning, and social-emotional profile. This process informs the creation of a Personalised Learning Programme (PLP) designed around the individual’s strengths, needs, and preferred learning styles.
Our staff team — including teachers, mentors, and therapeutic practitioners — collaborate to ensure that each learner receives the right balance of academic challenge, emotional support, and life skills development. Learning pathways are continuously reviewed, allowing each programme to evolve as the young person grows in confidence and capability.
